FUTURE LAB: Kids discover technologies
Young explorers aged 3 to 10 years research various tasks on the topics of technology and digitalization in 2 to 3-hour workshops in groups. Logical thinking, motor skills and social skills are specifically encouraged. Are you ready to program your first robot?

Technology with Filli Future
In the last week of school, we invite children from local elementary school to an exciting technology morning (approx. 4 hours) with our robot mascot Filli Future.
Discover your dream job
Which apprenticeship is the right one for pupils? Young adults discover different job fields during the trial days at FILL. Our apprenticeship training team accompanies those interested and introduces them to the world of mechanical engineering.
Job application training in the Holodeck
We prepare 4th grade and PTS students for their dream job. Experts from the HR department give practical tips on how to create professional application documents. The training is rounded off with a simulation of job interviews.
Career orientation workshops
Every year, we offer careers guidance days for 3rd and 4th graders from secondary schools and polytechnic schools in the training workshop. Pupils learn about various apprenticeships in a stationary setting and get in contact with our apprentice trainers.
Girls‘ Day
Every year in April, girls from local schools have the opportunity to learn about apprenticeships at FILL. The apprenticeship training team and the apprentices accompany the schoolgirls throughout the day.
FUTURE LAB
Pupils playfully discover their interests and talents and learn about modern job profiles. 8 laboratories on the topics of technology and digitalization are explored in station mode. The dedicated FUTURE LAB app supports self-directed learning. Ready to immerse yourself in new worlds?

Fill tours
We invite school classes to an exciting Fill tour. On over 130,000 square meters of company premises, we provide an insight into the world of machine engineering at Fill. Take a walk on the future side: At a height of eight meters, we look into the future from the Future Tube.

Hackathon
Students from the technical schools (HTLs) in Andorf, Braunau, Grieskirchen and Ried form teams of two and compete against each other in a cross-discipline and cross-school challenge. In just two days, the teams master a mechatronic challenge using creativity, teamwork and innovative ideas.

HTL Technology days
A challenging and varied program is guaranteed on this day. Of course, the young people can also get active themselves to find out about the best activities and career opportunities in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering and IT.
Internships and final theses
We offer internships and final theses for high school students as required. Current vacancies can be found on our careers page.
Practical workshops
In other workshops such as "Cost-conscious construction" for HTLs, "Job application training" or "International business" (for all upper secondary schools), we provide pupils with many important insights for their career path.
Lecture Dual Academy for AHS
AHS pupils can expect a shortened apprenticeship as part of a company trainee program with full-time employment. In addition, future skills are taught on a social, digital and international level as part of the Fill Academy, but also by other education providers and external partners. The presentation provides information on the process and career opportunities at Fill.
