More than 50 Ideas for the Elementary School Curriculum
Mining Elementary School is one of our first certified elementary schools as part of our recently launched curriculum project.
Your elementary school classes are welcome to visit us at the Future Lab twice or more. We plan the workshops using various labs, thereby covering more than 50 competency areas of the current elementary school curriculum (e.g., creativity, social skills, technology, digitalization, etc.). The children then receive a printed certificate confirming the competencies they have acquired.
The goal of the elementary school curriculum project is to introduce school classes to digitalization and technology at an early age, provide insights into the working world at Fill, and offer targeted support to schools in implementing basic digital literacy.
The Fill Way of Learning: Digital Literacy for the Middle School Curriculum
In the 2026–2027 school year, we will launch our pilot classes for the Fill Way of Learning curriculum project. The goal of the project is to introduce students to digitalization and technology at an early age and to support teachers in implementing digital literacy education.
Classes in grades 5 through 8 will visit the Future Lab at least three times to participate in various workshop formats, which we will tailor to your preferences. After completing the knowledge checks in the Future Lab learning app, students will receive a printed certificate confirming the skills they have acquired based on the digi.komp8 framework.
MINTelligence Area Learning App
Optionally, our MINTelligence Area learning app can be used to supplement classroom instruction. Learning takes place through card decks that convey knowledge in short, easy-to-understand learning nuggets - consisting of video, image, and text content. Topics covered include computer systems, search engines, algorithms, software, social media, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies.
