On the last day of school before summer break, Fill opened its doors to some very special guests: In the morning, retired former employees visited the company and caught up on the latest news with management. In the afternoon, the children of the Fill team were invited to a colorful party and celebrated the start of summer vacation together with the company mascot, Filli Future.
Retirees' Get-Together
The fact that relationships with employees at Fill don’t end when they retire is demonstrated by the visit of about 50 former colleagues. On July 10, 2026, they took the opportunity to visit their former employer and learn about all the latest developments at Fill.
The gathering of former employees was marked by a cheerful atmosphere. Full of interest and curiosity, they listened to the remarks of CEO Andreas Fill as he gave them a tour of the company. Everyone particularly enjoyed the atmosphere at the final stop on their tour: the terrace on the top floor of the Power Cube. Although the venue isn’t officially open yet, our caterer, Kulinario, did an excellent job of providing refreshments for our former employees.
Filli Future, Special Guest at the End-of-School-Year Celebration
The seniors’ get-together wasn’t even over yet when the first children started pouring onto the company grounds. The traditional end-of-school-year party took place on Friday afternoon - marking its 16th edition. Good cheer, great attractions, and plenty of fun were all part of the event. About 130 children and their parents accepted Filli Future’s invitation and celebrated the start of summer vacation.
The highlights of the festival were - as you might expect - the 4-person bungee trampoline and the box climbing challenge. But the kids also loved the face painting, the Future Lab and fire department stations, arts and crafts, and blowing bubbles. Another highlight was the appearance of the life-size Filli Future mascot, who danced around cheerfully and brought delicious ice cream for everyone. With so much entertainment, fun, and action, the afternoon flew by far too quickly - before we knew it, the call went out: “The sausages are ready!” With smiles on their faces and a new Filli Future T-shirt in hand, everyone headed back home - until the next end-of-school party in July 2027.
