On Generations Day, we open the doors to our seniors and employees' children
“What's new at Fill?” ask our retired former employees when they come to “their” company once a year for a knowledge update. And Generation Alpha can hardly wait for the end-of-school party to start: What new attractions have Filli Future and his friends come up with this time?
On Friday, July 4, 2025, 36 Fill seniors accept the invitation to the annual pensioners' get-together in the morning. When around 150 children of employees accompanied by their parents gather at the end-of-school party in the early afternoon, the sound of children's laughter and good humor can be heard from afar.
Update for seniors
At 10:30 a.m. on the dot, 36 former colleagues arrive for the pensioners' regulars' get-together. The joyful reunion is followed by a welcome from Andreas Fill, who gives a brief update on the company in the Future Dome.
Afterwards, a tour of the production facility takes us up to the 6th floor of the Power Cube. Here, our visitors get an insight into the new offices, the gym and the studio and can enjoy the beautiful view from the green roof garden. There is still a lot to talk about over lunch in the Loop restaurant. You can tell how much our senior citizens enjoy spending time together and meeting up.
Summer, sun & amazing tricks
The long-awaited vacations are finally here! From 1:30 p.m., an intergalactically cool party for the children of our employees takes place under the huge canopy of the logistics center. As every year, exciting attractions await the little ones: They can jump far up into the sky on the 4-fold bungee trampoline and show great courage by climbing boxes, or take a raft across the big pond, to name but a few. Filli Future and his friends from the Future Lab also don't miss out on this festival. They have brought their Robodog “Bruce” with them. The tricks he can do amaze young and old alike!
Because so much action consumes a lot of energy, Filli Future does his rounds with delicious ice cream. After the big photo shoot, there are delicious sausages for all visitors to enjoy. As a souvenir, the kids receive the latest T-shirt from the Filli Future Edition - the perfect outfit for a great summer full of fun adventures.
