Own training center
In the next stage of expansion, the Future Lab and Next World Factory will find a new home in their own training center, the Next World Academy.
In addition, the training workshop will be further expanded and opened up to other companies, and the BEE-O LAB will be extended to include outdoor sports areas. The company's site in Gurten will be home to the most modern educational facility for technical professions in Austria. Implementation is planned for 2028. Work is continuing on the vision of creating a bilingual school for talented young people with an interest in technology.
Vision
This project also addresses the question of how to find the best employees in the future.
For a company or organization to develop successfully, it needs people with analytical minds who understand how to work with the latest materials. Creative minds who can develop innovative concepts, but who also score points as team players with social intelligence, are in demand. These skills and abilities will be taught at the Next World Academy in the future.
The world is changing rapidly, and new challenges require new skills and interdisciplinary thinking. With numerous innovative educational offerings and activities, it is possible to engage young people and spark and nurture their interest and enthusiasm for technology.
This creates the conditions for a successful, positive future.
